How does the Monthly Plan work?

Our subscription-based service starts at £175 per month. To begin the process, there is a £350 upfront deposit, which will be deducted from your first two monthly payments if you decide to proceed. This ensures your commitment and allows us to start working on your project right away.
Is there a minimum commitment period?

Yes, there is a 12-month minimum term. After 12 months, you can either continue your subscription for ongoing support and updates or cancel and keep your website.
What happens if I cancel after 12 months?

If you decide to cancel after 12 months, you will retain full ownership of your website, including all assets, design, and content. There are no hidden fees or additional charges to keep your site.
What’s included in the £175/month subscription?

Your subscription covers:
Full website design and development
Hosting and domain management
Regular updates and edits as needed
Ongoing technical support
Are there any hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden fees. The subscription covers everything needed for your website. If you require additional services beyond the standard package, we will discuss any extra costs upfront.
Do I need to purchase a domain and hosting separately?

No, your subscription includes domain and hosting management, so you don’t have to worry about these technical details.
What happens if I need edits to my website?

We handle edits for you as part of your subscription. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll take care of it!
Is the £100 Page fee per month or is it a one time payment?

The additional page fee of $100 per page is a one-time charge, not a recurring cost. So if you need three extra pages, you'll pay $300 once, not every month. No ongoing fees—just a straightforward, single payment!
How do you handle missed payments?

Every invoice comes with a 7-day grace period for payment, after which a £25 late fee will be applied. If multiple monthly payments are overdue for an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel the contract, and the client will be responsible for paying the full price of the website. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and strive to be flexible and supportive, often offering assistance when needed. However, if there is no communication or response, we must take necessary precautions to ensure we are compensated for our time, effort, and the work put into creating the website.
